I had the rare opportunity to visit one of Tucson's gems today, Poco & Moms. At 27 miles from home to the P&M's area, it would have been a travesty to not stop in and indulge in their delicious New Mexican cuisine. I couldn't get anyone to join me so I tackled it solo. For a second I considered ordering the Silver City in honor of Big Thinker, but 2 seconds later that thought went out the window. I went for the chile rellenos breakfast burrito with the sour cream green chile sauce. Oh my was it good. Half way through my delicious meal, my wife texted me with her "to go" order. She's definitely hooked. We'll be back to P&M's over the next three weeks to introduce Kim to a new culinary experience. I hope she likes it.

Apart from the very tasty regular fare, P&M's has some of the best salsas I've tasted anywhere. I could easily fill up on tostadas and salsa before the main course ever arrives.

ReplyDeleteBy the way, the new In-n-Out is now open.
